The problem

Burnout is an operating risk, not an HR line item

Wellness apps and employee assistance programmes ask exhausted people to do more: log in, track points, journal, learn a skill. Most stop within a fortnight, and many never start for fear of what it says about them. The cost stays on your payroll.

5%

of Hong Kong employees are engaged at work, against 18% across East Asia and 20% worldwide.Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026

HK$14.9bn

The upper estimate of what occupational stress costs Hong Kong every year.Siu et al., Lingnan University, 2020

80%

of the cost of poor mental health is presenteeism: people at their desks, working depleted.Oliver Wyman, Hong Kong, 2019

96%

of users have stopped opening a typical mental health app within 15 days of installing it.Baumel et al., Journal of Medical Internet Research, 2019

Neuroacoustic and somatic

Sound and body-based sessions that down-regulate the autonomic nervous system. This is physiological regulation, not another wellness app.

Non-pharmaceutical

Nothing is ingested and nothing is prescribed. A preventative intervention that adds no medical overhead to your organisation.

No behaviour change

No points to track, no skill to learn, no change of clothes. Your people sit or recline, close their eyes and reset. The only requirement is to show up.

Three retainer clients a quarter

A signed retainer locks your day in our calendar. We take three corporate retainers per quarter and no more.

Outside Hong Kong

We travel. Regional and international engagements are quoted to include freight and transit.

02 — How we execute

Ten people or two thousand. Same discipline.

The protocol does not change. What changes is the room, the rig and the run sheet. Choose your audience size and see exactly what we would bring.

Sixty minutes, start to finish

Every session is led by a trained Red Doors practitioner, and Martha leads the flagship programmes herself. The weekly retainer blocks follow the same arc. Press play to walk through the hour.

On-site logistics blueprint

What your facilities team needs to know

A private, enclosed room

A large boardroom, an empty conference hall or a private hotel function room, isolated from open-plan foot traffic and lift corridors.

Flat, clear floor

Conference tables and heavy chairs moved to the perimeter before we arrive, so the mats can be laid out with space between them.

Quiet air

Air conditioning and air purifiers in the room need to be adjustable or quietened during the session, to preserve the overtones of the instruments.

Lift and loading access

Unobstructed access from the loading bay to a freight or passenger lift. The gongs travel on rolling iron frames and cannot take stairs.

We supply everything

Insulation mats, sterilised blankets and weighted eye covers all arrive with us. Your team has nothing to source and nothing to clean up.

Sent seven days ahead

This checklist goes to your facilities manager or hotel coordinator a week before the engagement, so the day itself runs without friction.

How it is measured

Three validated scales, one chart for the board

Every retainer is tracked on globally recognised psychometric tools, and reported as a Red, Amber, Green matrix your board can read at a glance.

  1. The inbound audit

Before anything starts, your people complete an anonymous 60-second questionnaire. It maps their baseline on the Perceived Stress Scale, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and the WHO-5 Well-Being Index.

  2. The visual pinpoint

No dense paperwork. The dashboard flags high-risk divisions as Red, showing where burnout is threatening retention before it shows up as resignations.

  3. The Day 90 proof

At Day 90 we run exactly the same survey again. You receive a before-and-after chart for the board: auditable evidence of where each division moved.

Chosen by people who choose carefully

Global banks, luxury houses, hotel groups and the wellness industry’s own summit have all put their people in our hands. These are the numbers, and the names, that made them comfortable doing it.

Questions

What CHROs and COOs ask us

What do our people have to do?

Show up. There is nothing to download, track or learn, and nobody changes clothes. Participants sit or recline, close their eyes and listen. That is the whole of what is asked of them, which is why attendance holds where apps and programmes fall away.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. Our sessions are non-pharmaceutical, preventative protocols for stress and recovery. They are not medical, psychiatric or pharmaceutical diagnosis or treatment, and they sit alongside your existing healthcare provision rather than replacing it.

Who sees the survey results?

Nobody sees an individual’s answers. All intake and outcome data is anonymised, and your C-suite or HR sponsors receive aggregated, department-level trend reports only. No individual score is ever disclosed.

How is it priced?

Every engagement is quoted individually, because the scope depends on your headcount, your sites and your calendar. Send an enquiry and we will come back within two working days with a proposal. If you start with the In-Office Pod Session and sign the retainer within 14 days, the pilot fee is credited in full.

What do you need from our facilities team?

A private, enclosed room with clear floor, air conditioning that can be quietened, and lift access from the loading bay. We bring everything else and take it away again. The full checklist is sent seven days ahead.

Is it religious or spiritual?

No belief is required. A session is guided rest with sound, and we keep the language secular and practical for the workplace.

Is it loud?

It is immersive rather than loud. We build the sound gradually and keep it at a comfortable level for the room. Anyone can move further from the instruments or step out at any time.

Does everyone have to lie down?

No. Reclining on a mat gives the deepest experience, but sitting in a chair works well, which makes sessions easy to run in boardrooms and in formal clothes.

How many people can join?

The In-Office Pod Session is for up to 10 stakeholders. Retainer blocks work best for up to 30 people each, with four blocks through the day, and we have performed for conference audiences in the hundreds.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Most people can take part. We share a short suitability note with you beforehand to pass on to participants (for example anyone pregnant, with epilepsy or with a pacemaker is advised to check with their doctor first).

Do you work outside Hong Kong?

Yes. We have led sessions across Asia and at international events. Travel is quoted separately.
