For gong players they are perfect hand held instruments. Simply hold the middle and strike one wing and then the other. You will feel the vibrations in the handle but the true tones are unaffected and will hold a sustain for over 30 seconds.
Each wave has two tones tuned a fifth apart creating soothing chords. Made of 3/16” aluminium they are easy to play, are suitable for both beginners and trained musicians. Endorsed by music therapists, sturdy and light weight, they will make a valuable addition to your collection.
The Waves come in six tunings. The lowest note, C, is middle C, C4. Red Doors currently carries three offerings. Each comes with its own mallet. Buy all three and receive a free wooden stand.
