Tea - Gong Ceremony and Relaxation

from HK$450.00

As the sun softens and the day exhales, we invite you to gather in quiet ceremony and interconnectedess at Red Doors Studio.

Held in the spirit of Cha Dao—the Way of Tea— by aourae, you are invited into a slow and calm sundown ritual of presence and return. In this season of Spring Easter, a threshold of renewal and rising vitality, we come back into rhythm with the living world and the subtle movement of Qi within.

Guided by Tea Master Eames Wan and Gong Master Martha Collard, this 2-hour immersion weaves together the ancient medicine of tea with the sacred voice of the gong. All elements embodied in Tea and sound—each element unfolding to support stillness, grounding, and gentle awakening. Sip by sip, breath by breath, vibration by vibration… we soften, we listen, we remember.

A ceremonial space to rest, restore, and reconnect with the season within and around you. Limited spaces available.

Date: April 10, 17, 21

Time: 1630-1830

Wear: Clothes you can sit and then lie down comfortably in, changing facilities available on site

Facilitator: Amiee To & Nat Foong

Amiee:

Amiee recognized the need to find greater balance and presence in her life. She began incorporating mindfulness practices, which eventually led her to explore tea culture—from its traditional and conceptual styles to its history and techniques. She also balanced her experiences with sound therapy using instruments such as gongs, drums, and the lyra.

The rhythmic patterns and resonances became a gateway to a deeper state of consciousness, allowing her to access a heightened sense of presence and awareness.

Through her immersive tea sessions, Amiee guides guests on a sensory journey that highlights the harmony between simplicity, nature, and mindfulness. The focus is to help others reconnect with themselves and the present moment.
