Kundalini Yogi - Finding Balance and Inner Strength

Join Martha for an extended 8 week series on finding your balance and building your inner strength.
Each class incorporates tuning in, breath work, a kriya, deep relaxation to the sound of the gongs and a meditation. Kundalini is the yoga of the householder, suitable for all levels and no prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes that you can sit and lie down in.
Join Martha for an eight week series to take you through the transition from summer holidays to fall through centring as well as building resilience using kundalini yoga.
Every class includes tuning in, breath work, a focused kriya or sequence of exercises, deep relaxation to the gongs, and mediation. You will also receive suggestions for reinforcing the practice at home. It is not necessary to come for all the classes, just join when you can.
HK$1500 for 6 sessions or drop in at HK$300 / session, HK$1500 for 6 classes and HK$2200 for 8.
Bring: •Wear comfortable clothes (usually white in color, but not necessary)•Crystals to be recharged

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class for an enhanced relaxation experience. By MTR exit Wong Chuk Hang station, exit B. Walk to end of pedestrian overpass, down steps and turn left. We are the third car park opening on left, if you see a fire hydrant, you are there. Enter through the back of building on Yip Kan Street after 1800. Parking available on the street as well.
Should you register for an event using your pre-paid package and then not show for the event, the payment is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total credit. Packages are valid for three months from the date of purchase. You will be sent a reminder prior to their expiration date.
Prepaid packages are non extendable.
Gift Cards/Refunds - Gift Cards are not refundable and are valid only for the purpose for which they were purchased.
Studio Etiquette - Please be considerate of the needs and wishes of others. Most people come to classes to de-stress and claim quiet time. Enter the studio space quietly, keep your voices low in the studio prior to class. If a person clearly wants to be silent or not engage, please respect their space.
Entering the Studio
- Feel free to enter 15 minutes before class.
Please leave shoes, coats, phones and personal belongings in the cubbies by the door.
To facilitate a meditative environment, it is mandatory that your phone is on silent, (not vibrate).
If the studio door is closed, please do not disturb by entering. A closed door means that a practice is in session.
Latecomers - Class will begin on time.
End of Class - Please help us maintain the studio by returning all props to their original locations. Blankets are folded neatly as per the photo and stacked ready for re-use. Mats are stacked neatly on the trolley. Take responsibility for washing your own cups etc. We appreciate you feeling as though the studio is your own home and your help in keeping it tidy, clean and welcoming.
If you should find any equipment soiled or damaged, please bring it to the attention of the staff to be rectified.
