Enjoy an evening of deep relaxation unlike you have never experienced before.  The sound of the gong calms the monkey mind, erases tension and leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated at all levels.  Give yourself a break, come and take a pause that refreshes.  We begin with tuning in,  a short breathing meditation, gentle stretches and a mantra meditation followed by a 45  minute deep relaxation to the sound of the largest meditation gong collection in Asia. Suitable for all age groups, no experience necessary and beneficial to all.  We finish with a transition of homemade yogi spiced tea, chocolate brownies and fruit.

Bring - Wear comfortable clothes that you can sit and then lie down in (usually white in colour, but not necessary). You are free to bring personal crystals to be recharged by the gongs.

Provided - Mats, blankets, bolsters, meditation cushions, lavender eye bags, essential oils and homemade spiced tea.

HK$1500 for 6 sessions or drop in at HK$300 / session. Full time students and seniors, half price.

Getting here - By MTR, take the Wong Chuk Hang station on the South Island line,  Exit B.  Walk to very end of pedestrian overpass, down the flight of steps and turn left onto Yip Kan St. Walk to the third entrance (at the fire hydrant) and take lift to f/21. This is the back entrance of the building as the main entrance on Wong Chuk Hang Rd is closed at 1800.  Parking in evening available on the street, during the day behind us at Southmark. Refer to the map on the website.

Studio Etiquette - Please be considerate of the needs of others. Most come to de-stress and claim quiet time. Enter the studio space quietly and keep your voices low prior to class. If anyone wishes to be silent, please respect their choice.

Entering the Studio - Feel free to enter 15 minutes before class begins. Leave shoes, bags, coats, phones and other personal belongings in the cubbies near the door.  Ensure your phone is on silent (not just vibrate). If the studio door is closed, please do not disturb the occupants though.

Latecomers- Class will start on time.  Sometimes it is unavoidable to be late. Enter quietly and make as little noise and fuss as possible. If we are tuning in, please wait until we have finished the chants though.

Ending class - Please help us maintain the studio by returning all props to their original locations. Blankets are folded neatly in rectangles and stacked in the cupboards. Mats stacked neatly on the trolley. Take responsibility for washing your own tea cup. We wish you to feel as though the studio is an extension of your home and appreciate your attention and help in keeping it tidy, clean and welcoming.
