African Dance

Come and join us for eight weeks of rhythm and coordinated movement led by professional African dancer Mariane accompanied by live drummer, Kaze. African dance is unlike any other dance form.  It’s primal, it’s universal and it’s fun! Drums pound, the air vibrates and your feet move. African dance is diverse, every movement has meaning, and offers full expression of ones body to tell stories from nature and life. African dance benefits though the release of anxiety and tension leaving a feeling of euphoria as you align the mind, body, spirit, rhythm and heart to the beat of live drums.  You feel empowered and limitless.  No experience necessary, come for one, come for all the classes.
