The other day during my practice I looked up and saw this shadow which made me think. How often do we look to the future but our subconscious self looks to the past? Our ability to be present and to move with ease is stymied with inner dialogues of 'If only', 'what if', and selective memory loss. We learn from reflection, we are the sum of our experiences and each of us is beautifully unique. 'Time and tide waits for no man'. This week I invite you to look to the future with confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to embrace the present by releasing that no longer serves you.

Our first outside concert for One Love was an amazing success with the entire audience in Stanley Plaza in a conga line using recycled bottle shakers. A great finale to a successful day's fundraising for www.heroestoo.org teaching environmental education in local schools. We are looking for other opportunities to play in the community and welcome referrals.
The new MTR has made a significant difference with all of our attendees on Saturday night overestimating the travel time from Central to the point where we actually started early! Remember only 6 minutes to Admiralty on the new green Southern line and take exit B at Wong Chuk Hang Station.
We have a number of gong meditations this month as well as three workshops with Mehtab Benson, Gong Master, author, and Kundalini Yoga teacher from Texas who will be here during Chinese New Year offering workshops in basic techniques, playing for others and therapeutic gong. No experience is necessary as he will start from the beginning few strokes. All gongs for the workshop are provided. Bring a friend and enjoy a discount. Please refer to the website for details. Once you learn you will be able to play with the other gongsters to support me in large events as well as playing in the all night gong pujas.
