Martha combines the facilitated use of psychometrics and wide industry
experience to assist clients elicit optimum results through a raised level of
self awareness in the areas of communications, leadership development, team
effectiveness, facilitation and coaching.
Based in Hong Kong
for over twenty five years Martha has traveled extensively throughout Asia
helping clients in a wide range of industries including Media and
Communications, insurance, investment banking and pharmaceuticals.
During her working
life she has taught scuba diving, conducted marine research, worked in a
medical research laboratory as well as conducted marketing research for a news
weekly; was a partner in a global executive search firm; freelance
underwater photojournalist and Human Resources consultant. In the later
role she has established best practice HR functions in a number of
organizations, revamped performance management processes, evaluated bench
strength and succession plans and developed and delivered training and
development programs for high potentials and senior management.
Martha has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Biology from Acadia University , a Graduate Diploma in
Management from McGill University and graduated from high school in Hong Kong. She is a qualified user of a number of psychometric tools and is a
certified professional facilitator with IAF, an accelerated practitioner of NLP
and life long student of ontological coaching and member of the International
Coach Federation.
